Extra Heavy Tomato Puree is made by washing, chopping and straining vine-ripened tomatoes to a smooth finish then concentrating the juice to a specific gravity of 1.07 times the weight of water. Our puree is a great ingredient for pizza sauces, pasta sauces and sauce based condiments.
