All of our potatoes are graded and the "sheds" we buy from are USDA inspected.

Potato, Russet, #2, 50 lb

Red potatoes are considered an excellent salad potato because they hold their shape well when cooked and can be roasted and smashed when small in size. These #2's have scarring and might be slightly misshapen.
